Your journey begins with a personalized design consultation with one of our dedicated designers. During this meeting you’ll share your needs and goals, while we carefully consider your budget and timeline. This foundational stage is key to our design process, ensuring we consistently exceed client expectations.
Concept Design
Interpreting your brief, we present concept designs, including mood boards that capture the overall look and feel, along with floor plans detailing furniture layouts and any proposed structural changes. This collaborative stage encourages client feedback to ensure alignment with their vision.
Technical Design
Once the initial concept designs are approved, we move into the technical design stage. During this phase, we provide detailed joinery drawings. We also present lighting and small power plans to ensure all electrical and illumination needs are fully accounted for in the design.
FF&E Design
Running alongside the technical design, during this stage we’ll be finalising options for things like flooring, wall finishes, taps, showers, furniture, and furnishings. We’ll produce a detailed inventory of items with product details for you to check over and agree. We source high-quality furniture and lighting, then carefully style the space to bring the design vision to life, ensuring every detail enhances the overall aesthetic.
Project Co-ordination
When the project begins, we take a hands-on approach. With strong relationships with our trades, we oversee and coordinate their work. Our team is frequently on-site to ensure the design is executed to the highest standards, while back in the studio, we manage schedules and timelines.
